A robot and a greaser

We made Liam's costume out of an old vacuum box and tin foil. We then decorated it with markers, pipe cleaners and old bolts. David rigged up a hat with an antenna. The kid was so excited to have this costume that he's been putting it on every day since. August's costume was basically some slicked back hair and temporary tattoos, which he tried to eat off.

(Before trick-or-treating we headed to a harvest festival where Liam strutted around to "oohs and ahhs." Most people thought he was the Tin Man, to which he corrected them in his most hilarious, but serious robot voice. He was so happy.)

Liam decorated this baby pumpkin.

And I decorated August's pumpkin. I wonder who I modeled it after?

It was an exhausting day, but worth it.

I love all of these photos! That's acute little Gus pumpkin I might add! Maybe one of these years we can trick-or-treat together! Those costumes are adorable!
